The Listening Centre story stretches back more than 15 years where local inspiring organisations recognised the need for independent and professional support for their employees.
An increased demand to provide additional services leads to an expansion of our services to include mediation, bespoke corporate training and critical incident defusing. Our reputation spread as the go-to organisation and our core team of affiliates tripled.
Our company has been providing services throughout the Midlands for an established period. We have launched our customer portal and relocated to Lichfield to support expansion.
